The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Lifers Pty Ltd covering your use of MateSuite products. By creating an account or using any of the tools, you agree to them.

Pay as you go

MateSuite products have no subscriptions and no monthly fees. You purchase credit and pay for what you use. Purchased credit is non-refundable except where required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Your content

You own what you upload and what you generate. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use generated output. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Do not use the products to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or generate content that is deceptive or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the tools available and fast, but they are provided as-is. We may update, change, or retire features as the suite evolves.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
